Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original order being placed. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on cosmetics, skincare or haircare products due to health reasons, so please make your selection carefully.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages unless we made an error.
If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted off the credit we apply to your credit card. The reason for this is whilst you may have received free shipping, the cost of the shipping was still incurred by Fragrance Dynasty.
For exchanges, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
1. Email Support@FragranceDynasty.com with your account name, copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, and reason for return request. Keep in mind returns will not be accepted if the above conditions are not met.
2. You will then receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the address of where to send the return to.
3. Print and attach the RMA number to the box and post to the provided address. Consider using a trackable shipping service as we don't guarantee we will receive your returned item.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. If the returned item is approved for a refund, you are approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
